We currently provide delivery services in the following areas:

  • Serviceable Areas: Jalore,Rajasthan
  • Delivery Radius: The delivery radius varies based on restaurant locations and delivery zones. If your location is outside our service area, we will notify you during checkout.

2. Delivery Times

  • Standard Delivery Time: Typically, deliveries take between 30 to 60 minutes, depending on the restaurant's preparation time, traffic, and weather conditions.
  • Peak Hours: Delivery times may extend during peak hours (e.g., lunch, dinner), holidays, or weekends.
  • Pre-Order Option: Customers can pre-schedule orders for a specific date and time through the app.

We strive to meet estimated delivery times, but please note that delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.


3. Shipping Fees and Minimum Order Amount

  • Delivery Charges: A delivery fee is applied based on your location and the distance from the restaurant.
  • Free Delivery: Some restaurants or promotions may offer free delivery on orders above a certain amount.
  • Minimum Order Amount: Some restaurants may require a minimum order value for delivery. This information will be displayed at checkout.

4. Contactless Delivery

We offer contactless delivery for your convenience and safety.

  • Your order will be left at the doorstep, lobby, or designated delivery area.
  • Please ensure you are available to collect your order promptly to maintain food quality.

5. Failed Deliveries and Redelivery

A delivery may be marked as failed if:

  • The provided address is incorrect or incomplete.
  • The recipient is unavailable, and we cannot contact them via the provided phone number.
  • Restricted access prevents delivery (e.g., gated communities or offices with entry restrictions).

In the case of a failed delivery:

  • Redelivery Charges: Additional charges may apply for redelivery attempts.
  • Order Cancellation: If the order cannot be delivered, it may be canceled, and a refund may not be provided for perishable items. Please refer to our Cancellation Policy for details.

6. Inclement Weather and Unforeseen Events

In the event of extreme weather, natural disasters, or other unexpected events, deliveries may be delayed or temporarily suspended. We will notify you in case of delays and do our best to ensure your order reaches you as soon as conditions allow.


7. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is placed, you can track the status of your delivery in real-time through the Delivo app. You will also receive notifications when:

  • Your order is confirmed.
  • The restaurant begins preparing your food.
  • The delivery agent is en route.
